Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts
- 4 TBSP Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- Jar BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Diced Scallions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 TBSP Dark Rum (opt.)
Steps:
- Slice Chicken Breasts into thick tenders 2-3 inches long. Lightly grill to 1/2-3/4 cooked.
- Lightly grill or saute diced green peppers (and onions opt.)
- Throw Chicken in Crock with Jerk Seasoning, BBQ Sauce, Scallions, and grilled veggies.
- Cook High stiring frequently 4 hours.
- Serve over rice, pasta or alone!
Sides:
-Boiled Zucchini tossed with Olive Oil and salt-n-pep
