Jamaican Jerk Chicken in the Crock!



Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts
  • 4 TBSP Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  • Jar BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Diced Scallions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 TBSP Dark Rum (opt.)

Steps:

  1. Slice Chicken Breasts into thick tenders 2-3 inches long. Lightly grill to 1/2-3/4 cooked.
  2. Lightly grill or saute diced green peppers (and onions opt.)
  3. Throw Chicken in Crock with Jerk Seasoning, BBQ Sauce, Scallions, and grilled veggies.
  4. Cook High stiring frequently 4 hours.
  5. Serve over rice, pasta or alone!

-Cheesy Hash Browns

-Boiled Zucchini tossed with Olive Oil and salt-n-pep
