- 32-38 oz water
- Bunch of Celery
- Head of Cabbage
- 2 small cans diced tomatoes/1 large can (feel free to use seasoned ones)
- 2 small onions
- 1 cup scallions
- 4 packets Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
- Brown rice (optional)
Steps:
- In a large pot, start heating water up. Add Lipton's Onion Soup mix and start chopping up veggies.
- Chop everything as desired; tip: some food processors have a different blade which turns them into slicing machines!!
- Throw all chopped veggies into pot and cook until everything is nice and tender. Approx. 2 hours.
- For a healthy veggie stew leave as is; Add brown rice if desired.
- Makes TONS and freezes well!
